Send Emails, SMS & Letters with GOV.UK Notify and CXM.

We’ve been working on a new integration that is now available for you to use if you’re a Jadu CXM customer and GOV.UK Notify user. You can find instructions on how to start using this integration in the CXM User Manual.

What are Webhooks?

We’re enhancing webhooks capabilities within Jadu CXM. Using webhooks along with the service API means that you have the tools to build light touch real-time, two-way integration between CXM and your other third party tools, without the need to wait for Jadu to build a 'core' integration. 

Which email option will you choose?

As part of CXM release #94, we’re releasing some changes, providing you with more options for sending emails, so you can decide how your emails are sent from CXM.

Personal notes and alerts coming soon in CXM

Personal notes and alerts will provide staff with additional information about a customer, when providing a service or talking to them on the phone.
