We’ve partnered with Brightly Software, the global leader in intelligent asset management solutions to deliver a unique and powerful integration that has created an entirely new category of platform solutions - unique to Jadu and Brightly customers.
Jadu Integrations Hub has included an enterprise integration with CONFIRM for a few years. Over that time we have developed a close working relationship with Brightly and, with the help of our shared customers, we’ve developed the integration much further.
We’re pleased to announce that Brightly has now become a global reseller of the Jadu Platform and now offers a connected solution to their customers - which we call “Community Central”.
For Jadu customers, Community Central is a powerful collection of integration connectors that represents a low-cost and highly sophisticated solution for connecting customers with assets.
Brightly customers can now benefit from implementing Jadu Platform directly from Brightly, with a suite of integration tools that significantly enhance their CONFIRM based service.
Community Central brings together the best Jadu low-code technology to deliver an easy-to-use, accessible and mobile responsive experience for your service users. The platform comes bundled with Brightly Software Integration connectors, providing a seamless user journey for citizens to access their secure, personal information and powerful tools to provide real-time information to customers on assets held in Brightly Asset Management solutions.
The integration comprises a bundle of products from Jadu including ‘Jadu Central’ - the leading accessible web content management and website deployment system, and ‘Jadu Connect’ (formerly Jadu CXM), the real-time CRM and case management service that delivers case tracking and notifications.
The Community Central widget provides configurable map views and layers that allow presentation of a range of data coming directly from Confirm including potholes, street lights and other assets that show the status of open cases in real time - avoiding customers from having to report duplicate issues.
