Jadu focuses on three core principles to support customers and community

We’re a small team at Jadu - mainly designers and developers, project managers and testers - so when our CEO, Suraj Kika, laid out three core principles that will guide the company through the next few months, it provided important focus. We’re good at making tools and supporting our customers to make best use of those tools.

In an open letter, Suraj outlined three core principles to help us double down on our support for customers and community of users:

  • All Jadu creative, delivery, and support teams will focus on uninterrupted business as usual.
  • The Jadu Customer Success team will focus on developing common forms and case types for helping the community by looking, listening and acting swiftly.
  • Product roadmaps will be temporarily in hiatus so we can support these efforts.

Supporting customers, building community.

We strongly encourage local government and higher education organisations to share their COVID-19 digital assets in the Jadu Library. Sharing and collaborating will help reduce duplication of effort as new services come through to deal with the pandemic. Sopra Steria and Broxbourne Council have kindly already shared their first COVID-19 services on the library (‘Community Assistance’ and ‘Business Grants Fund’ forms). We will be helping and encouraging others to do the same.

Our partners Methods are building generic forms that can be used by any Local Authority - regardless of platform. They have asked us to stand up a fully featured Jadu platform, a ‘Community Portal’ and we will. Again, these will be made available in the library.

To help build that Community Portal - our partners Aligned Assets are making their platform available for geo location data.

Our US Team are working on HigherEd Forms and our Australia Team are working closely with LGAQ to put their forms and widgets on the library for Australian #LocalGov. Coming very soon.

The Jadu Creative team (formerly Spacecraft) are making reusable, accessible website themes, which will also be uploaded and shared. This is a longer term project that will run alongside the paid work they have to deliver (essential for obvious reasons).

Stay safe,

Team Jadu.
