JADU Sites Lead Silktide Council Accessibility Index

Silktide, in association with SOCITM, has released a list of the Top 30 UK Council websites for accessibility.

JADU sites account for Seven of the Top 10 and 17 of the top 30.

Four of the top five councils use the JADU platform, including those in the top spots: London Borough of Harrow Council (No.1) and Lincolnshire County Council (No.2).

The 'Silktide Index' was released on the 3rd of February 2020. The list is researched and updated automatically using Silktide's automated web intelligence platform. The tests “...cover all of the unambiguous criteria in WCAG 2.1...” and “...include mobile accessibility, non-text contrast, tabbed browsing and many other parts of WCAG 2.1...”

Norwich City Council improves appointments experience and reduces costs

Residents walking into Norwich City Council’s offices used to have to give their information to a customer service adviser, take a number and wait their turn to speak to someone from the service they required. Not having a designated time could mean long waiting times and frustrated visitors. It was the same process used by many councils up and down the country. 

New and improved Data Export Management feature

We have good news for our Forms (XFP) and Content Portal users, from the 4th February 2020, there will be an easier way to export your form data, in bulk and from one centralised place in your Jadu Control Centre. The data will be exportable in CSV, XML and JSON formats.
